新北市新店某高職一名未成年女學生萱萱（化名），近日與同校未成年男學生大軍（化名）因網路口角而有嫌隙，萱萱見狀便向4名學長訴說此事，並請學長們助陣談判，大軍見對方人多勢眾，深怕遭毆打，決定先下手為強，朝學長們噴灑辣椒水，其中3人面部、口部遭辣椒水噴射，所幸經送醫後並無生命危險，而警方目前也已介入調查，告知3名學生權利，倘若3學生提告傷害，警方將依規定受理，倘若不願提告，警方也將依違反社會秩序維護法裁罰。

據了解，萱萱、大軍均就讀新店區某高職，2人近日因網路糾紛而爆發口角，萱萱今天（26日）下午3時許，向4名學長訴苦，告知此事後，4學長決定找大軍談判。

大軍見對方人多勢眾，深怕被打，便先下手為強，朝4人噴灑辣椒水，導致其中3人面部、口部遭辣椒水噴射，所幸經送往新店耕莘醫院後並無生命危險，教官當場也通知相關當事人家長，並由教官先行溝通協調。
