《全明星運動會4》本周（9/4）進行紅隊、藍隊對抗賽，比拼項目匹克球、複合式躲避球以及合球，同時公布紅隊隊長選拔結果。此外，藍隊本周傷兵不少，許德瑋、子賢、賴ki都因身體不適缺席比賽，因此匹克球項目由第三季「田依甯」替補上場。

紅隊隊長選拔，領隊江宏傑表示，過往三季選完隊長，團隊都會產生微妙變化，在他心中，隊長不一定要是能力最強或年紀最大，但一定要能以身作則、身先士卒，為團隊樹立起好的榜樣。在投票方面，曾昱嘉、梅賢治、于成炘、葉慈毓都各有票數，最終以曾昱嘉票數過半，成為本季紅隊隊長。
曾昱嘉在發表隊長感言時，一開口就忍不住淚崩，坦言看到大家運動表現傑出，自己有時候都很無力，好像只能出聲、照顧大家情緒，未來也會努力追趕上隊友們的腳步，認為其實紅隊每個人都跟隊長一樣重要，「我一定會好好的，把大家拉在一起，我們一條心，我扛起來！」
匹克球項目上，第一局男雙由紅隊以11:4率先拿下，第二局女雙由藍隊以11:8拿下，第三局混雙則由藍隊以11:6拿下，最終藍隊拿下匹克球項目勝利。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

本次比賽MVP，由藍隊黃宏軒，紅隊夏浦洋、于成炘入選，最終于成炘亮眼的表現，讓他拿下本周MVP，也是紅隊第一座MVP。值得一提的是，黃宏軒在比賽前一天身體狀況亮紅燈，還前往醫院吊點滴，然而在抱病的狀況下依舊有著亮眼表現。目前各隊獎盃數，來到黃隊6座獎盃、紅隊4座獎盃、藍隊2座獎盃，下周將再度進行三隊共同競賽。
另一方面，藍隊目前的整合狀況，依舊讓領隊錢薇娟不太滿意，認為大家能力普遍不足，但一方面也覺得運動員的養成動輒8到10年起跳，這段路都是養成的過程，並再次強調不要有太多自己的想法：「選手的天職就是去執行教練叫你做的事情，即使這個指令是錯誤的，你們也要做下去，這就是球員的工作，你們不應該有太多個人的思考，才會一致。」
