台北市52歲范姓男子昨（21日）下午，和29歲陳姓男子相約面交價值314萬元的虛擬貨幣「泰達幣」，但他錢拿到後卻直接開車落跑。晚間11時許，警方接獲報案指范嫌的車輛出現於士林官邸附近，且車上有槍枝等傷人武器，隨即啟動線上攔截圍捕，最終在大同區將范男車輛攔停盤查，當場起出鎮暴槍、鋼珠彈等，將依法送辦。

警方調查，陳男21日17時許，在中山區民權西路一帶，與范嫌面交價值新台幣314萬元的泰達幣，但范嫌收取現金後未履約交付，還直接駕車離去，陳男氣得在18時許前往大同分局提出侵占及背信告訴。

沒想到，陳男當天深夜11時許，又在士林官邸前發現范嫌的深色轎車，立即報案並指車上可能藏有槍械等違禁品，警方隨即通報實施攔截圍捕，並於30分鐘內，在重慶北路與哈密街口將范嫌的轎車攔停盤查，而范嫌也主動交付鎮暴槍1把、鋼珠彈1袋及辣椒水1罐，訊後依法移送士林地檢署偵辦。
