漫威英雄、漫遊天際－中臺科大學生社團幹部訓練研習營正式開跑

(中央社訊息服務20220622 12:53:44)今（111）年度大學個人申請、推薦甄選即將告一段落，許多高中畢業生歷經緊張大考、備審、面試……等一千多個奮鬥的日子，即將邁入大學，展開夢想的雙翼，開啟不同於高中學習的嶄新階段。日前《DailyView網路溫度計》透過《KEYPO大數據關鍵引擎》進行網路調查，列出「大學新鮮人不做會後悔的事」10大排行榜，其中社團活動參與因為具備協助學生探索個人興趣領域，且透過擔任社團幹部有利於個人履歷加分，甚至可能因此找到志同道合的夥伴，成為十大排行榜之一。中臺科技大學有感於社團活動對大學生活之重要，積極培育社團幹部，每年均辦理社團幹部訓練研習營活動，藉此提升學生社團幹部領導與行政能力，學習溝通技巧及團康設計，促進幹部間相互交流，以激發學生為團隊犧牲奉獻與服務之熱忱，今（111年）年度學生社團幹部訓練以「漫威英雄、漫遊天際」為主軸，於6月22-24日假台南曾文青年活動中心舉辦三天兩夜幹部訓練，今天（111/6/22）在中臺科大陳錦杏校長、詹博州主任秘書及課外活動及服務學習中心王麗芬主任共同勉勵下，正式展開「漫威英雄、漫遊天際」任務，全體社團幹部一起出發尋找那消失的寶石！

記得電影「復仇者聯盟」中，各自擁有強大神力或武器的超級英雄們，彼此容忍且同心協力找出合作的模式，更阻止力量驚人的邪惡大軍嗎？中臺科大第22屆學生會會長也是本次活動總召的行銷管理系劉耿豪同學娓娓道出本次活動主軸的緣起與發想，表示今年度活動設計以「復仇者聯盟」電影為主題，希望讓學校新任幹部學習社團經營相關知識的同時，也能透過與他人合作及溝通、積極參與並實踐所學，進而培養完善的領導風範。除此之外，研習活動期間因為參與的夥伴來自各個社團，彼此透過經驗交流、分享及互相學習，有助於學校各個社團蓬勃發展並展現出創意嶄新的一面。今天（111/6/22）為中臺科大社團研習活動始業式，中臺科大陳錦杏校長親臨會場參與活動，除了為學生加油打氣外，更期勉學生藉由三天活動所學的知識及概念能運用在社團經營上，服務別人成就自己，勇於接受挑戰，為未來累積就業能量；中臺科大詹博州主任秘書進一步表示，肯定同學們主動服務的熱誠，期許大家能「從體驗中學習，從淬鍊中精進」，為自己與他人創造無限價值。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

因此，中臺科大特別以「漫威英雄、漫遊天際」為主題，安排各項多元活動包括性平講座（尊嚴來自尊重-性騷擾不再來）、領導與溝通（團隊領導與溝通）、活動企劃（企劃聯想與撰寫）、組織企劃（「點石為金」企劃力的建構），以及大地遊戲及探索體驗教育活動等動態課程，希望藉此可以提升幹部們社團經營、領導統御、活動企劃、服務社會與奉獻社會等相關知能及精神，透過為期三天密集且豐富多元的課程，做好迎接新鮮人的準備，帶領中臺科大社團開啟創新的新局面。
