高雄交通問題嚴重，多次鬧上新聞版面，3月時更因汽機車把人行道當馬路，遭波蘭記者爆料痛批，如今又出現騎士停等紅燈，後方竟一連11輛機車無視燈號，呼嘯而過，讓他忍不住嘲諷：「我是不是有色盲」，引發網友熱議。

YouTube頻道《WoWtchout - 地圖型行車影像分享平台》近日分享一段影片「求高雄苓雅推薦眼科」，片中的騎士見到紅燈後立刻停車，等待綠燈到來，未料他才剛停下，後方瞬間衝出11輛機車呼嘯而過，完全無視紅綠燈，讓他超傻眼，上傳影片詢問「我是不是有色盲」。

離譜畫面也立刻引發網友討論，不少人開酸：「陳其邁又要震怒了」、「是不是又要交通大執法了」、「高雄停紅燈跟戴安全帽要罰錢你不知道嗎？」、「高雄本來就是另一個世界，要習慣」、「正常停紅燈還會被闖紅燈的那群人罵或是按喇叭，有夠煩的」、「太暖了，暖到人民輕視交通法規」、「你看到這狀況就該知道高雄的眼科治不了吧」、「作為一個二十年的老高雄人表示習慣了」、「他不知道紅綠燈在高雄就是照明用的嗎，跟元宵節掛燈籠是一個意思」。

也有當地網友表示，這段路是由凱旋路待轉進五福一路，屬於T字路口，因此很多高雄人貪圖方便，根本不會鳥這個紅綠燈，尤其到深夜後，從新崛江騎往鳳山，那個路口的人為了不想等凱旋路口的紅燈，都直接無視闖紅燈。
