LINE TV探索實境節目《極島森林》，本週進入最刺激的篇章！陳柏霖人生第一次前往台東，就與謝欣穎到山林之間體驗高空樹冠滑索、生吃虎頭蜂蛹、製作蜂蛹烘蛋等等，各種挑戰甚至讓謝欣穎過程中一度覺得上了賊船！不過最讓她與陳柏霖印象深刻的，還是前往栗松溫泉的行程，精彩內容即將陸續登場。
陳柏霖與謝欣穎在台東會合後前往市場採買晚餐食材，遇到熱情店家贈送一整盒冷凍虎頭蜂蛹給他們嘗鮮，起初兩人原本有點怕怕的，不料陳柏霖一試之下意外能夠接受，形容蜂蛹的口感像是「雪貝冰淇淋」，謝欣穎吃完後也驚喜地頻頻點頭說：「真的！」隨後他們更滿心期待的回到露營區嘗試料理「蜂蛹烘蛋」，只是由於蜂蛹加熱後口感變得軟嫩，一咬下去還會爆漿，陳柏霖與謝欣穎味蕾飽受衝擊，雖然一時難以接受，不過也算是解鎖新成就。
這次的嘉賓謝欣穎，其實在來參加節目前與陳柏霖是不熟的朋友，之所以會點頭答應將實境節目初體驗獻給《極島森林》，主要是自己相當喜歡露營，也有一陣子沒有這類行程，所以接到陳柏霖的邀請時，就率性的想說「去玩玩看吧！」沒想到旅途中卻一度讓她覺得上了賊船，像是體驗樹冠滑索從山上往下溜的時候，謝欣穎內心其實感到相當害怕，但也坦言：「順利完成之後，覺得很有成就感。」

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

因為錄影期間是在冬季，遇到的昆蟲並不多，為了彌補這個遺憾，宣傳時陳柏霖也特別到YouTuber「昆蟲擾西吳沁婕Dee the bugbuff」的頻道作客，接觸到台灣原生種的深山鍬形蟲 、另外還有南洋大兜蟲、油彩粉紅趾毛蜘蛛 、沙蚺、玉米蛇等等，陳柏霖一看到這些小動物，就開心的直說可愛！親身體驗毛蜘蛛上手的感覺，還把玉米蛇繞在頸部拍照，受訪時表示：「其實不管是鍬形蟲、蜘蛛，還有蛇我都非常喜歡，你會感覺到生命以不同的形式存在著，而他們又是那麼的溫馴可以和人一起相處，實屬難得。」《極島森林》每週五晚間8時於LINE TV首播，國家地理有線電視18頻道、Disney+隔天週六晚上10時更新。
