雞蛋雖然只有一種形式，但料理起來可以說是非常多元，有水煮蛋、茶葉蛋、荷包蛋、煎蛋，還有其滑嫩口感的蒸蛋，都是深受不少人喜愛，而每個人在家都想要做出漂亮的蒸蛋，但發現沒有這麼容易。近日，就有網友分享自己蒸蛋的「獨門做法」，竟然是將蒸蛋做得醜醜的，表面不光滑也口感也不嫩，沒想到卻引來大批人直呼「這才是真正的蒸蛋！」引發話題。

原PO在臉書社團「廚藝公社」貼文指出「我這個是火山蒸蛋，看起來很醜，也有人說是蒸壞掉的，但是小時候阿嬤就是這樣蒸的，我最愛吃的模式就是這樣蒸的，即便媽媽蒸得比較漂亮，但還是阿嬤蒸得味道最好！」

「做法非常簡單，就是蛋、水、米酒、醬油跟鹽巴，蛋水的比例在1：1與1：0.8之間都可以，先打蛋，把蛋液倒入要蒸的水鍋裡，加入少許米酒、少許鹽巴以及醬油，外鍋一杯水，蒸好就是這樣，只有蛋跟醬油融合的香與鹹，沒其他味道，非常下飯，以前阿公阿嬤的蒸蛋，是很多人兒時的記憶，我想，大家現在就把它蒸給孩子，讓孩子也能感受這懷念的味道，簡單不起眼的料理，也隱藏著深遠的意義」。

貼文一出，網友紛紛回應「什麼光滑的蒸蛋真的不好吃！這個真的超級讚」、「簡單來說就是不需要過篩、不用撈泡泡，蒸出來就是這樣」、「喜歡吃這種+1...有氣孔才有口感」、「喜歡氣孔蒸蛋+1口感才有吃蛋的感覺啊，超下飯的」、「不過篩直接蒸就會長這樣，真的是阿嬤那一味啦」、「我母親真的都蒸這樣的蒸蛋，我都叫它是千瘡百孔蒸蛋」、「我都說是珊瑚礁蒸蛋，超級好吃」、「別人的蒸蛋像18歲，自己蒸的蛋像87歲哈哈」、「這種才是真正的蒸蛋，超好吃」。（編輯：張嘉哲）

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi.
