她二次面試「變不同部門」！結局曝

面試後立刻錄取人的工作，真的都是爛缺嗎？就有位女網友分享求職近期，投履歷到某公司A部門，卻在第二次面試變成到B部門並直接錄取，結局曝光更讓不少前輩驚呼羨慕。
原PO在論壇Dcard上發文提到「我是應屆畢業生，我原本是應徵公司A部門職缺，但B部門主管打給我，說他看到我投的履歷，覺得我是他想要的人，所以他就跟A部門主管要了我的資料，希望我去他的部門，所以又去面試了一次」。
而B部門主管在現場也完整講述公司福利待遇，更坦言「我可以請人資開30k以上，如果人資到最後開出來的薪水沒有30k，我會建議妳拒絕這份offer去別間公司，因為不值得」。
過幾天後原PO也收到人資傳來紙本offer，上頭寫著薪水32k，但她卻開始遲疑「很開心有工作了，而且薪水比預期的多，但上網查發現大家都覺得當下錄取的職缺是屎缺，讓我有點怕怕的，有前輩能指點一下嗎？」
不少前輩看完詳細經過後也點頭回應「這種的不太會是屎缺，看得出來主管是有心想找人而且答應你的他有做到，這種主管值得跟看看」、「你遇到的狀況跟我很像，不過我已經工作幾年了，投應徵公司的A職缺，結果人資打電話想約我B職缺的面試，進去後發現不是屎缺，就真的缺人」、「主要還是看主管給你的感覺跟態度吧！而且薪水方面他不只說到做到，還跟妳說沒有30k就走，也開的比預期高；如果是我會對這主管很加分，基本上這樣的主管，公司應該不會爛到哪去」、「這樣聽起來感覺公司滿有誠意的，不妨試試看，覺得不行就再找別間，也沒什麼損失」。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency.
