勞動部桃竹苗分署與尖石鄉公所合作開辦「泥作砌磚班」，辦理開訓儀式並合影。為解決營造業人才缺工問題，勞動部勞動力發展署桃竹苗分署與尖石鄉公所攜手合辦移地訓練「泥作砌磚實務班」，10日在新竹縣尖石鄉原住民文化館舉行開訓儀式，桃竹苗分署長賴家仁、尖石鄉公所秘書雲健培及財經課課長劉志偉到場勉勵學員。
首次移地原鄉開辦「泥作砌磚實務班」，一開訓即滿額，訓練期間自5月10日起至6月14日止，訓練時數共計150小時，課程內容包含土木施工、建築工程及職業安全衛生等營建相關實務訓練，並教授砌磚丙級技術士證照考照內容，藉此增強學員就業職能，結訓推介至營造相關廠商，適時緩解需求廠商缺工壓力，本次開班學員雖來自不同背景，但對於泥作砌磚技能皆有強烈地學習需求，期望藉由訓練，習得一技之長順利就業。
「泥作砌磚實務班」參訓學員黃凱文，是泰雅族的原住民，家住尖石， 30歲的他，儘管從事貼壁磚的工作已有超過8年的經驗，但為了能接更多的工作賺錢養家,決定報名參訓除了精進技能之外，更希望結訓前能取得技術士證照，對未來就業及接案都有幫助。
桃竹苗分署長賴家仁於開訓時表示，因應轄區設廠及房地產需求，協助培訓營造業相關人才，分署積極與轄區內各需求單位洽談合作辦理營造業相關訓練課程，此次移地至原鄉開訓，感謝尖石鄉公所的支持，開訓除了彌補偏鄉訓練資源不足，也希望協助原鄉民眾學習一技之長，順利且穩定投入職場；後續分署也將與聯合科技大學合作規劃苗栗地區相關營造培訓課程，預計9月份招生，歡迎有意願從事營造產業工作的失業、二度就業等民眾踴躍報名參加。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.
