(新北新聞)【記者　蔡宇辰/新北報導】全台唯一潮退祭典「北海岸傳奇媽祖文化祭-金包里二媽回野柳媽祖洞祭典」16日重頭戲登場，在新北市副市長謝政達、新北市議會議長蔣根煌與慈護宮董事長游忠義轉動彩花筒並扶轎起駕後，由25輛電動腳踏車擔任先鋒隊，在地各友宮神尊搭乘的電動四輪車隊陪同，護送媽祖回野柳海蝕洞，希望藉著二媽及眾神的神力，為台灣祈福，讓疫情盡快趨緩。

謝政達表示，金包里慈護宮建廟至今已經213年，今年縮小規模降至300人參與，也特別要求參與信眾須接種三劑疫苗，為分散人流兼顧疫情及推廣環保議題，沿途設置的餐食補給站，全面改採單份個人包裝，信眾須出示遶境OK識別貼紙或餐券，才可進行拿取，降低感染風險。面對疫情海嘯大家齊心協力渡過難關，祈求媽祖保佑新北市民身體健康，萬事如意，全國風調雨順、國泰民安。

蔣根煌表示，一年一度的金包里二媽回野柳媽祖洞祭典，為了因應疫情，同時推廣在地觀光及環保議題，今年金包里慈護宮首次除了徒步行腳外，特別加入電動車及在地觀光巴士，護送媽祖回野柳媽祖洞，讓信眾在感受媽祖加持與保佑外，也能體驗北海岸優美的海岸景觀。

游忠義表示，每年的北海岸遶境活動，廟內開基大媽及其他友宮媽祖會陪同二媽回娘家，在遶境沿途設置的能量補給站，提供長壽油飯、石門肉粽、鮮味小卷、粉粿、水果等多樣在地美食，參與遶境信眾須出示遶境OK識別貼紙或餐券，才可進行領取，並安排機動涼水車，讓民眾可以隨時補充水分。

金山區長廖武輝表示，金包里慈護宮在農曆4月16日最大退潮時，舉辦全台唯一海岸行腳的活動，是金山特有的宗教行為，更是漁村生活信仰力量的表現，已列入新北市無形文化資產，每年都吸引上千名信眾報名參與，透過全程參與18公里的行腳遶境，希望透過宗教活動為金山注入安定力量，為台灣祈福。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency.
