郎祖筠表示，28日到聯合醫院林森院區完成第三劑疫苗接種，整個流程順暢專業，最可愛的是，醫師諮詢時，叫到她的名字特別小聲，怕被旁邊的人聽到；不僅如此，在她打完針後15分鐘，醫護人員喊著「柯小姐」，並用眼神不斷示意不要否認。

醫護人員提醒，「柯小姐，沒有不舒服就可以離開了喔！」原來，醫護人員擔心若直接叫郎祖筠的本名，她的藝人身份可能會引起旁人的注意。而郎祖筠取回健保卡、小黃卡後，朝醫護人員笑了一下，心裡非常感謝對方。郎祖筠說，「心裡暖暖的，怎麼那麼貼心啊，真古意，真可愛的醫護人員，謝謝護理長，我姓『柯』，限今天喔。」

貼文曝光後，許多粉絲紛紛留言「柯小姐打完疫苗趕快回家休息喔，記得多喝水」、「謝謝您對我們醫師與護理人員及工作人員的鼓勵」、「下了舞台你們就是普通人，不該因為表演者身份增加困擾，感謝林森院區貼心的醫師」、「真的好貼心的醫護人員，有暖意」。
