（中央社記者張雄風台北31日電）氣象局表示，今天受鋒面及西南風影響，時雨量以花蓮縣秀林鄉達91毫米最多；截至下午5時10分，累積雨量以新北坪林159毫米最多；今天也是氣象局首次發布山區暴雨警示訊息。

中央氣象局表示，今天鋒面接近及西南風帶來水氣，天氣不穩定，對流發展較旺盛，根據氣象局紀錄，今天最大時雨量發生在午後花蓮縣秀林鄉達91毫米。

累積雨量部分，根據氣象局網站，截至下午5時10分，以新北市坪林區159毫米最多，累積雨量前10名有8名在新北市、2名在花蓮縣，累積雨量皆達120毫米以上。

另外，氣象局今天也針對花蓮、新北部分地區發布災防告警訊息。氣象局說明，若預測達40毫米以上時雨量，就會發布大雷雨即時訊息；若再更強烈的每小時可能達100毫米以上降雨，就會透過災防告警系統（PWS）提醒民眾。

今天也是氣象局首次發布山區暴雨警示訊息。氣象局指出，今年試辦區為台北市雙溪、新北市虎豹潭及大豹溪，當選定遊憩區域上游山區集水區內，觀測或預測達暴雨標準，即針對該遊憩區發布災防告警簡訊，在遊憩區內1至2公里範圍內的民眾手機可直接收到警訊。（編輯：張雅淨）1110531
