男「受贈不動產」比例竟比女高8％！

傳統社會重男輕女的情況仍存在？根據財政部統計處資料，2021年不動產贈與的申報契稅狀況，近年受贈人數大致在4.5萬人上下，其中，受贈比例，男性占54%、女性占46％，連續第6年男多於女。信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，從財產分配方式，可看到長輩傳統觀念仍重，不過，都會區的狀態就會相對淡薄，顯見女權意識逐漸抬頭中。

根據財政部資料，不動產受贈者，北部男性與女性的狀況較為平均，雙北差異僅0.6~1.6個百分點，六都中，差異最大的是台南市，男性比女性多出9個百分點。

曾敬德指出，台中、台南男性占比普遍較高且相差較大，台中市男性佔比為53.7%，比女性多出7.4個百分點，台南市則是男性佔比54.5%，比女性多出9個百分點，至於雙北及桃園市男女比重互有高低，差距大多在 2.5 個百分點以內。

另外，關於受贈者的年齡層分布，則是35-44歲、45-54 歲年齡層比例較高，佔比均逾2成，二者合計達46%，其後為55-64歲佔19.8%。

曾敬德表示，從數字中，我們可發現，都會區程度越高的區域，重男輕女的觀念較為淡薄，以前傳統上長輩在分配資產的時候，對於女性尤其是出嫁的女性，有時候較不易受到長輩關注，也常聽聞女生分錢、男生分房子的狀況。

他說，雖然重男輕女的觀念仍在，不過，隨著近年女性意識抬頭，都會區這種風氣就淡化許多，且繼承的規定也沒有區分男性或女性，從受贈不動產比例越趨平均的態勢來看，明顯兩性平權的文明社會來臨。

最後，曾敬德提醒，贈與不動產固然是一種分配資產的方式，但2016年房地合一稅上路後，遺產繼承後，再轉售可享有舊有的稅賦，但若採贈與，就必須配合房地合一稅施行，贈與不動產數量明顯回落，繼承也成為長輩分配資產方式的主流。
