64歲資深男星萬梓良早年演出電影《大頭仔》獲得金馬影帝殊榮，現在長居大陸，頻有身心狀況不佳的傳聞，還被拍到在路邊詭異狂笑，令外界憂心。近日，萬梓良團隊公開他在烈日下排隊做核酸的畫面，比起過往多了歲月的痕跡，沒有被路人特別認出。
萬梓良團隊工作人員於7日在公開一段影片，可以看到萬梓良被定位在湖南，戴著口罩站在大太陽下排隊驗核酸，儘管只露出鼻子以上，仍可看到雙眼有下垂傾向，額頭、眼角佈滿細紋，兩鬢也長滿白髮，加上打扮很接地氣，從排隊的人潮放眼過去，確實較無星味，所以當天並沒有民眾認出萬梓良的明星身份。
在這段影片中，萬梓良對著鏡頭無奈地表示：「又做核酸了，天天都要做。」儘管如此，他仍有耐心地遵守排隊的秩序，臉上堆滿笑意，看起來精神狀況很不錯。
