致災性降雨下到讓人崩潰...全台進入梅雨旺盛期 專家：對流範圍變大且頻繁，5天慎防「劇烈天氣」

據中央氣象局觀測，今（2022）年5月受到鋒面及東北季風影響，5/1～5/18平均氣溫僅攝氏23.5度，是69年以來同期最低溫，而本週依然會是偏涼天氣。
氣象專家吳德榮則提醒，週二至週六「西南季風」將逐漸增強，加強了「滯留鋒」的結構進入梅雨旺盛期，民眾應隨時注意其所伴隨的「劇烈天氣」(雷擊、強風、瞬間強降雨)、及累積的「致災性」降雨。
氣象局表示，週日（5/22）華南雲雨區東移、水氣逐漸增多，北部及東半部地區有短暫陣雨，其他地區為多雲，午後留意南部地區及中部山區有短暫陣雨，容易有局部較大雨勢發生且不時伴隨雷擊及強陣風出現，建議民眾外出攜帶雨具以備不時之需。
氣溫方面，高低溫都比昨天略降一些，夜晚清晨各地低溫大多落在21至22度，白天高溫北部及東半部為23至27度，中南部為28至31度，體感舒適至溫暖。

前氣象局預報中心主任吳德榮今在「三立準氣象．老大洩天機」專欄指出，根據最新歐洲(ECMWF)模式模擬顯示，週二至週六「西南季風」逐漸增強，也加強了「滯留鋒」的結構，進入梅雨旺盛期，「中小尺度」對流系統的發展將更頻繁，影響範圍亦擴大。
提醒民眾應隨時注意其所伴隨的「劇烈天氣」(雷擊、強風、瞬間強降雨)、及累積的「致災性」降雨。期間無明顯冷空氣，白天遇空檔時仍偏暖，逢降雨則氣溫略降、稍轉涼。
到了29、30日「滯留鋒」北移至東海，台灣受西南季風影響，天氣暖濕、大氣不穩定，迎風面(中南部)易有強對流發展、伴隨「劇烈天氣」，未脫離多雨型態，背風面(北部、東半部)則天氣炎熱；31日「滯留鋒」再度靠近台灣。
