今天（13日）各地降雨機率高，白天雨勢會再增加，全臺各地及外島的澎湖、金門、馬祖都有短暫的陣雨或雷雨發生，其中中部以北及東北部地區降雨較持續，且越晚越明顯，有局部大雨發生的機率，而南部及花、東地區降雨空檔較多，不過外出仍要攜帶雨具備用，並注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風，天雨路滑請小心安全；溫度部分，清晨各地低溫約23、24度，而白天高溫預估稍下降，北臺灣為25、26度左右，感受舒適，中南部及花、東為27到31度，沒下雨時仍偏悶熱。

氣象老大吳德榮在「三立準氣象・老大洩天機」專欄中指出，今(13)日首波「梅雨季滯留鋒」逐漸南下，中部以北、東北部及東部有陣雨或雷雨，南部及東南部有短暫陣雨或雷雨的機率，有較大雨勢，提醒民眾隨時注意氣象局的特報。

吳德榮表示，最新模式模擬顯示，明(14)日至下週一(16日)「滯留鋒」徘徊，降雨範圍擴及全台，應注意防範「中、小尺度」對流系統所伴隨的「劇烈天氣」(雷擊、強風、瞬間強降雨)，及累積的「致災性」降雨。各地氣溫逐日下降、明顯轉涼，北台微冷，下週日、一北台高溫降至20度左右，下週日晚至週一晨及下週一晚至週二晨，北台最低氣溫下探16度，亦應注意衣著調適。下週二 (17日)起「滯留鋒」南移至巴士海峽，各地天氣明顯好轉，白天氣溫回升。
