今年首波梅雨鋒面接近，今（13）天各地雨勢越晚越明顯，氣象局下午2點35分，針對屏東地區及南投、花蓮山區發布大雨特報，提醒易有短延時強降雨、局部大雨發生的機率，西半部地區也會有局部較大雨勢，須注意雷擊及強陣風發生。
