今（14）日受鋒面通過及東北季風增強影響，除東半部有局部短暫雨外，北部從凌晨開始出現了明顯的雨勢。氣象局長鄭明典一早在臉書貼出一張即時雷達回波圖表示，「鋒面雨帶到北台灣～」提醒民眾外出攜帶雨具。

氣象局稍早7點50分也針對7縣市發布大雨特報，鋒面通過，易有短延時強降雨，今日北部地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意雷擊及強陣風。

大雨特報縣市：基隆市、臺北市、新北市、桃園市、新竹市、新竹縣、苗栗縣

氣象局表示，今日大臺北地區並有局部雷雨發生，上午除北部及東半部仍有局部降雨外，中南部也會有局部短暫陣雨，中午過後隨著鋒面離開，整體降雨減少，剩下東半部及北部仍有局部短暫雨，中南部轉為多雲到晴的天氣。

溫度方面，北臺灣天氣轉涼，高溫約24、25度，晚上之後則會降到19、20度，其他地方較不受影響，高溫仍有28至32度，晚上低溫約20至22度。

氣象局指出，下午起嘉義以北、東半部、恆春半島沿海空曠地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖將有8至9級強陣風，沿海地區有較大風浪；馬祖、東半部及恆春半島沿海有長浪發生的機率，海邊活動請注意安全。

至於今年第1號颱風「馬勒卡」，今日凌晨2時位於鵝鑾鼻東方1760公里的海面上，持續往日本東南方海面前進。
