「最美性學博士」許藍方先前與王少偉吃飯約會，男方還送女方回家的畫面被狗仔捕捉，被爆兩人密戀半年，後來雙方皆否認緋聞，表示還在朋友階段。日前許藍方上節目《小姐不熙娣》被主持人小S逼問和王少偉有沒有戀愛ing，終於鬆口說出最新進展，讓在場班底都驚呼。
去年底許藍方和王少偉吃飯、送回家的畫面都被狗仔拍下，雙方經紀人都否認兩人交往，許藍方經紀公司以「藝人私領域公司不知道」回應緋聞。日前許藍方上節目被小S抓住機會問「妳是不是在跟王少偉交往」，她則是猛搖頭否認，還強調上次被拍到是和朋友聚會，不是她和王少偉單獨，是4個人一起吃。
小S對許藍方回應不滿意，還說「妳不要有一天被我抓到妳跟他在一起喔！因為妳也知道我是神預言。」許藍方害羞回回：「目前還沒有。」但語氣似乎有保留，讓在場人員驚呼，小S還說：「就是男生可能愛她，你知道的。」根據《ETtoday星光雲》報導，兩人再度否認緋聞，但也有友人爆料，兩人關係並非只是朋友而已。
