The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

【網路地產王/綜合報導】金管會和中央銀行再攜手，將揪出放任、助長炒房的金融機構，並列為今年金檢重點。金管會18日邀集金融機構總經理、總稽核，列出三種常見助長炒房的貸款態樣，包括建築購地貸款多次展期未興建、購置工業區土地貸款案多次展期未興建，銀行卻未收回部分款項或調高利率，還有以人頭戶申貸來假理財真炒房。

銀行助長炒房或養地，除了被列今年金檢重點項目、抓到要重罰，銀行局也正在檢討拉高不動產授信風險權數，預計最快今年6月計算資本適足率時將會適用，即承作過多成數過高不動產放款的銀行，資本適足率恐會下降，銀行不是要收回放款，就是必須增資。

檢查局副局長張子敏表示，由於中央銀行已訂出土融18個月內須動工開發的新期限，銀行若再遇到購地貸款到期展延，或新購地貸款契約，都要依此規定明訂18個月期限，並要有未履約的懲罰性條款，不能再放任借款人「養地不建」。

金管會列出要重點檢查的三大金融助長炒地或炒房態樣，一是建築購地貸款或周轉金授信案，有多次辦理續約展期仍未動工興建，且銀行未在展期時要求借戶收回部分貸放資金或調高利率；二是購置工業區土地貸放案，歷經多次展期仍未動工興建，甚至在展期時調降貸放利率；三是投資客利用投資理財課程，誘導民眾組成炒房團，向銀行融資，貸放後有由代書以現金提領貸款資金。

張子敏表示，先前一般金檢時，發現有銀行承作所謂「零元炒房團」的貸款，發現幾種銀行應注意卻未注意的缺失情況，一是銀行授信人員去所謂上課地點集體對保，卻未發現這是集體購屋投資；二是合約金額出現多處錯誤，銀行也未發現；三是貸款是由第三人還款付費；四是有代書提領現金還款，銀行也沒有發現，這類購屋有拉高房價申貸、人頭戶申貸、偽造職業與收入等違失情況。

網路地產王表示，金融打炒房重創業者，房地產業者苦不堪言，表示這波房價上漲乃多項因素所造成，房價上漲並不等於炒房，甚至本身也是受害者，建商成為這波打擊焦點，有苦難言，建議應該還是要揪出投資客，才能達到杜絕效果。
