機器人口味？麵包內藏螺絲消費者怒求償 好市多回應了

有民眾在前往好市多中壢店購買「葡萄乾布里歐麵包」想要作為姪女的早餐，但裡頭竟然挾雜好幾個螺絲，他接著回賣場退貨並進行客訴，不滿賣場未關心身體狀況，以及說明原因，憤而要求100萬賠償還在網上PO文，對此好市多回應，對他遇到的事情深感遺憾，不過經檢視製作場所並沒有類似的零件，且該麵包已經拆封，還無法確定螺絲為何會在麵包內。
網友在爆料公社APP發文，說自己購買自製商品「葡萄乾布里歐麵包」，準備給姪女做為早餐，但姪女當天回家說她沒有吃麵包，「慶幸她沒有吃，不然她的身體會受到什麼影響，麵包裡竟然有螺絲混合在麵包內，數量還不只1個，這個暗器還躲藏在不同的地方，還有葡萄乾掩護」。
原PO指，到好市多退貨給賣場一個改過的機會，張姓值班經理也看了直接撥開麵包，沒拍照就辦理退貨，第一時間也沒關心身體狀況，只說調查結果賣場的機器螺絲沒少，應該是原物料葡萄乾裡面出現，想用1500商場購物金+禮盒和解，他認為感覺很差勁也很羞辱人。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. 接下來第二位處理值班經理來電，雖然有聽抱怨敷衍的安慰，但賣場製做麵包的流程也沒說明，難道葡萄乾不用看清楚才放，可以直接整箱倒入機器中攪拌嗎？第二位值班經理只說能提高金額到3000，還口氣很委屈說理賠要賣場自己出。他氣到提出要懲罰性賠償100萬，第三位值班經理同樣跳針，一樣不覺得賣場製作麵包SOP有疑問，打電話目的是傳達賠償金額太高。
對此好市多回應，有會員反應吃到螺絲異物，對會員造成不愉快的體驗感到遺憾，在收到的退貨商品中2條麵包，其中1條剩下2分之1其中確實有螺絲異物，由於商品是賣場自製商品，檢視作業場所後沒有發現相似之螺絲。
好市多說明，已同步檢視使用原料，麵粉、乾酵母、砂糖、鹽等，原料於出廠前皆會經過過篩及／或金檢的異物剔除過程，把異物照片提供給較可能的供應商進行調查，且麵包生產、整型、烘烤、包裝都是賣場人員手工進行，也會用目視檢查，另外商品已經開封食用，在無法判斷異物落入的實際原因，且該批商品目前無其他客訴，回單一事件，而求償部分還在溝通當中。
