原PO在論壇Dcard上發文提到「公婆前幾天因為車禍去世，當下接到醫院電話時，我跟大姑都相當難過，我也立即通知正在上班的老公，但老公卻不著急的說『等我下班回去，可以先幫我處理一下嗎？』」
就這樣原PO在一旁協助老公處理後事，到治喪結束都沒看過老公落下一滴淚。原PO本以為，老公是為了顧及男人顏面，才不輕言落淚，沒想到喪事結束後，老公才說明真相。
老公向原PO坦承，父母車禍意外過世「我內心是高興的」，因為兩老過去就留下一筆長年債務，卻完全沒有要處理的意思，他們生前還有工作，而老公跟大姑每個月固定給孝親費，但經歷這麼長的時間才知道，這筆債務完全沒還，給的錢也不曉得花去哪裡。
