蓮花改用AMG引擎 馬力卻很悲劇

Panel antennas, for example, are used in underdeveloped countries to improve the range and functionality of wireless Internet networks.

A panel antenna is shaped like a panel and is typically fixed on a mounting bracket on the exterior or inside of a building. It can also be mounted on a swivel mount, allowing the user to adjust the antenna for optimal signal reception. This type of antenna is usually one-directional, with less mobility side-to-side and up-and-down than an omnidirectional antenna, which can swivel and entirely change its location. 英國蓮花跑車(Lotus)創辦人查普曼(Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman)是個造車鬼才,他專注在底盤設計,因此早期蓮花賽車動力雖然輸別人卻能拿下冠軍,就是因為精湛的底盤技術,但是一輛跑車如果沒有足夠的動力,很難在兢爭激烈的市場中生存,蓮花也明白這個道理,因此全新推出的Emira,入門版改用AMG的M139引擎。

AMG M139引擎大有來頭,是AMG A45採用的動力單元,最強的A45 S馬力高達421匹,排量卻只有2.0升,每公升能換取210匹馬力,被譽為史上最強2.0升引擎;由於這具引擎體積小且重量輕,很適合用在小型跑車,正好蓮花只做小跑車,因此Emira配M139非常適合。

照理來說Emira配上M139引擎性能會比A45 S更好,因為Emira車身更小也更輕,但是AMG藏了一手,他們提供給蓮花的M139引擎最大馬力只有360匹,蓮花官方也沒有說明為何Emira的引擎少了61匹。

Emira高階版則是維持與豐田合作,採用3.5升V6機械增壓引擎,最大馬力400匹,或許就是避免M139引擎馬力高過豐田V6,因而把M139馬力調降到360匹,但是在後續改裝潛力來看,兩具引擎都有很大的改裝空間,而Emira入門價為8.6萬美金(約台幣240萬),高階版9.3萬美金(約台幣260萬)。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

The advantages of Horn antenna:

- Easy waveguide interface: These antennas are very easy to interface to waveguide due to their shape, but they can also be designed with a transition so that a regular coaxial feeder can be used.
