中央氣象局表示，今(10)日僅東半部雲量較多，局部有零星降雨的機會，其他各地仍為晴到多雲的天氣，預估白天高溫全臺為25、26度左右，南部甚至會達到27、28度，感受上溫暖偏熱，不過晚上仍受輻射冷卻影響，中部以北及宜蘭花蓮為15至17度，南部及臺東為18、19度，感受稍涼，與白天相比溫度降幅大，尤其西半部地區要注意日夜溫差的變化，有10度左右的溫差出現，建議洋蔥式的穿法以免著涼。

氣象達人彭啟明表示，周四、五兩天，各地都可以站上26~27度，到周末各地也有機會挑戰到30度，幾乎都可以拿夏裝出來了，不過早晚仍有8~10度的溫度落差，穿著上，大致上不需要厚重冬裝，薄長袖即可，中午前後可以是薄長袖或短袖，這是一年當中溫度最舒服，濕度也剛好，舒適度最高的時候。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 彭啟明透露，類似的天氣至少持續到下週三、四，這當中雖有鋒面系統醞釀，但對台灣地區的影響不大。不過下周四、五就要觀察北方是否仍有冷空氣南下，不過這變動度很高，目前整個冷暖空氣交界的發展區域從一二月春天鋒面位於廣東福建區域，暫時移到浙江到長江流域附近，屆時是否能發展起來影響台灣，這已經超過一周，仍有很大變動空間。
