新北市某國小擔任教務主任陳姓老師,涉嫌以不實收據核銷採購經費,2年來不法獲利10餘萬元,台北地檢署昨天(24日)指揮廉政署執行搜索,依貪污罪約談陳女到案,並移送台北地檢署複訊,檢察官訊後今天(25日)諭令陳女10萬元交保。

據了解,陳女2018年至2020年擔任某國小教務主任期間,曾辦理校外教學等數個教學計劃採購案,卻涉嫌以不實的收據向校方申請款項,總計不法金額約10萬多元,事後校方政風人員查覺有異,移請廉政署偵辦。

台北地檢署昨天(24日)指揮廉政署發動搜索,同時以被告身分約談陳女到案釐清案情,全案朝違反《貪污治罪條例》利用職務詐欺財務罪方向偵辦。

檢方經過一夜複訊後,認定陳女涉犯《貪污治罪條例》利用職務機會詐取財物罪,今天(25日)諭令陳女10萬元交保候傳。
