吳德榮在「三立準氣象．老大洩天機」表示，今日各地晴朗穩定，東半部偶有零星短暫降雨的機率；北台灣白天氣溫升至29度左右，中南部高溫則在30度以上，各地白天微熱、早晚涼，日夜溫差大需要多加留意。各地氣溫：北部15至29度，中部16至30度，南部16至31度，東部15至30度。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 吳德榮指出，7日將有鋒面及強冷空氣南下，中部以北及東半部雨勢大，南部亦有局部短暫雨的機率，海拔3500公尺以上高山有降雪機率；氣溫下降、愈晚愈冷，7日晚、8日晨平地最低氣溫約可降至10度以下，台北測站則可降至13度左右。預估8日白天起冷空氣逐漸減弱、回暖。
