今天(16日)仍然是穩定的好天氣，各地白天高溫大致都有來到28-30度，在偏東到東南風、水氣不算多的環境下，午後山區雲量增多的情況也比較不明顯，不過天候上已經有些轉變，主要是高層的雲變多了，雲的來源是華中到中南半島北方正在發展的低壓鋒面系統。
預計明天(17日)在中國上空的低壓鋒面系統逐漸東移，台灣近地面風向由東南轉偏南風，上空則有鋒前明顯的西南風，將帶來暖濕空氣以及不穩定的大氣結構，預估清晨到上午西半部就有零星短暫雨的機會，而明天(17日)午後對流也將提早開始發展，中北部有午後短暫陣雨的機會，傍晚到後天清晨鋒面逐漸通過，海峽到中北部上空也有中小尺度的對流發展，並帶來短暫陣雨或雷雨，短時的雨勢可能較大、伴隨閃電，外出要留意天氣變化。
週五上午鋒面通過後東北季風稍增強，中北部溫度將下降轉涼，鋒後仍然有些水氣存在，中北部還是有短暫陣雨，不過降雨強度減弱，下半天至晚間降雨縮減至高山區、東北部迎風面，週六東北風即減弱再轉偏東到東南風，不過台灣上空持續有低層水氣、中層不穩定的環境，因此午後山區仍然有短暫雨機會。
預計週日到下週持續有水氣順著大氣中低層的西南風來到台灣，而華南沿岸都是有利華南雲系發展的環境，將維持有些不穩定、潮濕的天氣型態，預估下週三開始東北風稍增強，中北部溫度將再下降一些，華南雲雨區也開始影響到台灣北部，天氣轉陰雨，下週五、六還有一波較強的東北季風南下，溫度還有機會再降一些，建議保暖衣物還不要收太快，春天仍然有短暫轉冷的機會。
