週二(3/8)各地晴朗的天氣與昨日已經有相當大轉變，由於週一(3/7)鋒面通過後乾冷的空氣也隨之移入，因此從週一(3/7)開始臺灣各地氣溫都有明顯的下滑外，也由於環境轉乾，週一(3/7)晚迎風面的北部及東半部降雨也都逐漸趨緩下來，到週二(3/8)天氣都已經穩定下來了，但由於環境轉乾後，輻射冷卻效應也會比較明顯，週二(3/8)晨各地平地低溫普遍都僅有7-11度左右，而白天由於天氣晴朗受陽光加溫，除了基隆高溫僅有19.7度，其餘各地高溫極值仍有回到20度以上，還算是舒適，而這樣普遍日夜氣溫差到近10度的變化，算是滿典型的乾冷天氣型態，因此務必做好保暖措施，預防因低溫或溫差過大所造成的健康威脅。

而目前北方冷高壓已經逐漸進入東海，週二(3/8)晚後環境風將會逐漸轉為偏東風，過去各地沿海強風的情況將會略有改善，不過海峽北部及東半部還是要留意偶有較大強陣風的機會，而天氣方面，由於環境都還是偏乾，普遍都可以維持滿晴朗的天氣，迎風面的東半部或許有時雲量會比較多，不過都不會有什麼降雨影響的。氣溫方面，週二(3/8)晚至週三(3/9)晨還是會比較冷一點，尤其局部空曠及近山區仍有10度以下的氣溫出現，早出晚歸的朋友們，還是要多加注意囉。

週三(3/9)開始冷氣團將會更進一步減弱，各地氣溫回升的幅度會再多一些，白天高溫普遍都可以回到21-25度，南部甚至也都有26度以上氣溫出現，而各地早晚低溫都還是比較偏涼，不過隨著冷空氣減弱，低溫再回升到15-20度左右。目前來看，這樣算穩定晴朗的天氣至少可以持續到週末，甚至週四(3/10)起各地氣溫都將回升到25度以上，不過日夜溫差還是比較大，且由於逐漸回到高壓迴流天氣型態，因此西半部早晚可能就會有局部霧或低雲發生影響能見度，也要注意行車安全。
