剛開春莫名接罰單！台北一名車主年初二收到「違規逆向」罰單，但他發現根本沒騎車去過違規地點，「檢舉」照片中的機車跟他的「車款顏色」也差很大，仔細看才發現原來雙方車牌只差一個英文字母，一個是「N」一個是「H」，疑似是太相似才會搞烏龍開錯單。

當事車主小黎：「檢舉的人過來檢舉上去，他PO上去他也沒看直接（檢舉），就隨便（檢舉）個車牌這樣也不對吧。」

車主年節初二收到紅色炸彈，但不是喜帖而是違規罰單。不按遵行方向行駛，遭人檢舉開罰，但他越看越覺得哪裡怪怪的。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 當事車主小黎：「我看奇怪，因為他的車牌車子又不是我的，他是（機車品牌）那種小車子，我的是（機車品牌）黑色的。」

車主的機車就是這輛霸氣紅黑配，對比罰單上白色機車明顯差很大。檢舉的地點就在新北新莊幸福路上，但車主平時的生活圈都在台北市區，這相差十多公里的距離難道是車牌鬧雙胞嗎？

民眾：「這KHV。」

民眾：「K...H...V嗎？」

民眾：「應該是KHY吧。」

民眾第一直覺車牌英文是「KHV」，但照過來仔細看，前三碼數字一模一樣，後頭英文同樣K開頭V結尾，不過中間英文字母車主是「H」而違規機車則是「N」，這一豎一撇你分的出來嗎？

當事車主小黎：「後來去網路上面看，好像滿多人也是被認錯的，是不是要去檢討這個系統。」

新莊警分局警員陳宜葶：「經比對車籍資料車型車色皆不符合，本分局已報請交裁處，撤銷本案舉發。」

過年收到罰單壞了心情，但幸好車主及時發現，才沒誤繳「烏龍罰單」當冤大頭。
