The horn antennas of the FT-RF horn double ridged antenna series are characterized by an enormous broad frequency range from 2GHz to 18GHz and very high input powers reach to 300W. The gain increases with increasing frequency up to max 17 dBi. The products are in stock and can be shipped

【今傳媒/記者葉志雲報導】國立臺灣美術館為感謝志工無私的奉獻及付出，梁永斐館長親自頒獎給年度績優志工，並邀請所有志工隊夥伴一起同歡與分享得獎喜悅，志工隊亦帶來精采的表演活動，場面溫馨盛大。

國美館2月19日舉辦的111年度志工大會暨110年度績優志工表揚活動，由國美館志工隊隊長朱靜慧親自帶領夥伴一起共襄盛舉參與演出，首先以祝賀新年充滿喜氣的《恭賀新年》為志工大會開啟序幕、及《甜蜜的家庭》男女四部合唱、《朋友》大合唱及帶動唱，為志工大會帶來同歡高潮，以精采喜氣的表演，讓與會志工夥伴擁有溫馨、歡樂、美好、喜悅的氛圍。重頭戲為績優志工頒獎，由國美館長梁永斐親自頒贈金牌獎、銀牌獎、服務貢獻獎、全勤獎及衛福部全國績優志工銅牌獎，這些獎項代表「志願服務」的無私無悔付出，及數年來持續時間的累積，高度展現國美館志工夥伴參與志願服務的量度與熱度。

國美館長梁永斐表示，績優志工表揚活動每年持續辦理。值得肯定的是，每年均有多人獲獎，代表國美館志工隊夥伴們，皆投入大量的心力與時間，從心感動、用心成就，並以「歡喜做，甘願受」來呈現志工隊夥伴們一致的志願服務精神。國美館從過去到現在，有許多志工夥伴，用他們的愛心、耐力、信念、與真誠，始終不間斷的默默付出。志工夥伴朋友是國美館行政事務的堅強後盾，成就了今天的國美館。梁館長並勉勵志工朋友以「天地人三才」及「信願行證」服務民眾，期待未來有更多的民眾歡心的加入國美館志工隊行列，讓我們國美館從心開始美麗，用心打造新的每一年。

Double Ridged Horn Antenna

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

The advantages of Horn antenna:

- Wide bandwidth: Because the horn antenna has no resonant parts, it can function over a wide range of frequencies.

- Easy waveguide interface: These antennas are very easy to interface to waveguide due to their shape, but they can also be designed with a transition so that a regular coaxial feeder can be used.

- Easy to make, simple design.

The horn is suitable for both transmitting and receiving purposes, especially suitable for EMC and immunity test measurements.

國美館說明，雖然去（110）年遭逢疫情，但國美館志工隊夥伴仍遵循中央及文化部的疫情相關規定到館值勤，110年度共有24人獲得全勤獎，不畏疫情堅守服務崗位，實屬難能可貴。此外，獲得服務績優獎共282人、金牌獎24人、銀牌獎28人、銅牌獎13人、服務貢獻獎35人、勤習獎5人、熱心服務獎4人，共計415人次。這些獲獎的志工隊夥伴許多是服務多年的資深志工，例如民國82年加入志工隊的陳麗枝夥伴，於兒童繪本組服務年資達28年，今年度獲得金牌獎及服務績優獎。民國87年加入志工隊的蔣淙君夥伴，於展場管理組服務年資達23年，為志工隊第一任隊長，今年度獲得服務績優獎，雖然已82歲了，仍然持續留在志工隊服務，規劃於85歲榮退。民國88年加入志工隊的王書清志夥伴，於資料中心組服務年資達22年，今年度獲得全勤獎。

國美館表示，自民國77年開館後即召募第一批志願服務者，100年起開始推動「志工自治」，以低度管理高度自治為目標，於歷任隊長的領導下，今年邁入第11年，目前在隊志工人數為545人，於歷任及現任隊長及任務組、時段組、隊務組等幹部的帶領下，以自治自發方式協助國美館肩負起藝術教育及文化推展的使命，並提供觀眾優質且多元的服務，以及參與社會公益、服務社會的活動，展現強大的正向能量。國美館志工隊於103年、107年榮獲文化部第21屆及第25屆文化績優志工團隊獎，國美館志工隊夥伴為國美館第一線服務人員，提供觀眾優質的藝術欣賞空間、活動及服務品質，共同營造豐沛的藝術環境，志工夥伴們的辛苦耕耘功不可沒。
