根據《ETtoday新聞雲》報導，信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德認為，現階段買房年齡層是7年級前半段，然而當初他們也覺得自己買不起房，現在反倒成了購屋主力。曾敬德建議，8年級生不要設定自己要在幾歲買房，可以先設一個目標，這段期間盡量去存自備款；此外物件百百種，總會找到適合自己的房子。

房仲楊先生也向《三立新聞網》表示，「你一定要先去主動了解，目前你心中的房子，房價大約多少，然後觀察4-5年的變化，一個正常上班族年薪約在60-80萬，那一年需要存多少才能買到房子呢？」楊先生認為，仔細思考後應該是有點困難，說不定還存不到漲的速度，因此存到第一桶金很重要，並且要規劃理財投資。

另外，楊先生也發現，這個話題越來越普遍，代表大家都有意識到，鼓勵大家可以儘早先有個目標，像是了解目前貸款成數、房貸利率以及月還款，至少對你設定目標會有更大的幫助。
